dear Josh,

You don't know how much I miss hanging out with you.  Every time someone smokes or even mentions smoking hookah it reminds me of you.  Same with cigars, and to a lesser extent tortillas.  We don't have a whole lot in common, but I know we can both use some encouragement right now.  Maybe we can just hate on the female species as a whole together?  At least for a second.

First things first, here's what she said to me the other day--

On second-thought, I'm not going to write about this.  Josh, we can't let these women get in our heads.  We gotta stick together, trust in God, and just move on.

South By has officially begun, and I'm not sure if I'll be able to go to many shows, but I'm hoping I'll at least see a few.  One band I really want to see is La Dispute.  I just found them a week ago, but I'm completely...I don't even know what word to use.  Captivated?  Maybe.  They are really good.  Think early mwY, and some people have also said Circle Takes the Square.  I can see that; very emotional yet heavy.  What have you been listening to lately?  I hope you're still writing.  Me and my roommate A are planning on starting an instrumental project.  We're going to start writing some stuff tonight.  I'll keep you updated on that.

I really want to come visit in the summer, but I also need to take summer classes and work like crazy.  I'll find a way to do it, if I can get enough money saved up.
